Our commitment
to manufacture a quality product starts from our experts selecting the raw hides.
Products are manufactured from the choicest of full grain hides. These are tanned
in a traditional, painstaking but eco-friendly process and are PCP
free.
Our leathers are
dyed with AZ0-free dyes, hand rubbed and aged with blended oils to enhance
their softness & impart strength & bring out their inherent, deep natural colours.
Customers can choose
from a variety of leathers - Chic (premium aniline cow hides), Beau (premium
aniline buff hides) & Cher (quality cow nappa).
All 3 leathers
are available in Black, Brown & Cognac colours.
Fittings used on
the products are of pure brass, which is hand-poured & sandcasted. These
undergo several stages of hand polishing & lacquering (& electroplating for
certain finishes) to give them an air of timelessness.
The locks used
on our bags are sourced mainly from Cheney (England) & other reputed manufacturers.
| At
the plant our leather artisans are handpicked to obtain their generations-honed
traditional skills in the art of leather goods making. Most components are hand
cut (an art almost extinct) to match grain patterns. Stress points are reinforced,
double stitched & further strengthened by rivets. Gussets are double-stitched
& covered with leather bindings. |
 |
All this is to
ensure that the finish & durability each product crafted in our factory achieves
is up to international standards.

Labour ' is employed at any stage of manufacture at our plant. |
